Jerry is the founder and CEO of HPISolutions, formerly known as Houston Partners International. The business was founded in Chicago, Illinois in 1992 and relocated to Arizona in 2002. Jerry’s educational background is in business administration and operations management. He has held key management positions in industry for over thirty years. HPISolutions is proud to announce that Jerry has been awarded Target Training International’s (TTI) President’s Award. The award is given in recognition of Jerry’s community service. In addition, Jerry has been named to TTI’s International Faculty, an elite group who are available to deliver service around the world. Jerry has dedicated his career to the development of human potential and process excellence through a variety of certifications including: Continuous Quality Improvement, Attribute Index Analysis, Acumen Index Capacity Analysis, Behaviors and Values Analysis, Performance DNA and HD Analysis, and most recently, certification in Emotional Intelligence Analysis. As a long-time community activist, he has served as president of various associations for developmentally disabled individuals, a homeless family program, a church leader, heavy involvement in local and regional chambers of commerce, Chair of Business Advancement Services for ASBA, and has served on multiple task forces and committees in the educational sector. Jerry was also an adjunct faculty member at Purdue University-Calumet, concentrating in the area of continuous quality improvement. He has been named to the prestigious National Directory of Who’s Who in Executives and Professionals in America. Jerry was named the Volunteer of the Year in 2009 at the Arizona Small Business Association.
