Previously, she led public relations for The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company’s North American and international divisions and for M.A. Hanna Company, a specialty chemicals firm (now PolyOne.)
As a trained business coach, Sue helps clients craft workable public relations and marketing plans that fit their individual needs. Using skills honed as an independent consultant and as a corporate communicator, she helps clients gain exposure for their businesses and products to inform and influence key audiences.
Sue has bachelor’s and master’s degrees in mass media communications from the University of Akron. She is a graduate of the International Coaching Program at the Gestalt Organization and Systems Development Center of Cleveland. She also completed the executive development program at the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and the MIT-Harvard Public Disputes Program workshop in mutual gains negotiations.
